Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) is currently offering mortgage rates in line with the nation’s other major lenders, with the 30 year fixed-rate loan at 4.375% yielding an APR of 4.59%. The always popular 15 year fixed-rate loans for home purchase are 3.375% with a 3.691% APR today. 30 year fixed-rate FHA loans are 4.250% with an APR of 5.251%.

Jumbo five-year ARMs are 3.125%, while the normal five-year ARM is quite a little lower at 2.625%.

Larger loan amounts in certain areas at Wells Fargo are in the same region as those for home standard purchases. The 30 year fixed-rate is set at 4.500% carrying an APR of 4.634%. Jumbo 30 year fixed loans are 4.750% with a 4.886% APR.
